Leading and trusted IT services provider Celerity Limited, headquartered in Preston, Lancashire, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Redfern as Chief Financial Officer.

Julie’s appointment follows the recent addition of Chief Revenue Officer Michael Gowen, as Celerity further expands its board of directors.

Throughout her career Julie has developed significant experience in CFO roles within a variety of private-equity backed and owner-managed businesses, including NSS, Citation and Latitude, who operate in various business service sectors. Julie has a proven track record of helping businesses accelerate their revenue and profit growth, and successfully supporting founders to secure growth capital.

As CFO, Julie’s appointment will help the existing Celerity board of directors and wider team, to build on their work to date and support delivery of the business strategy.

Julie had this to say about her appointment: “I’m excited to join the team at Celerity as they continue to drive forward with impressive growth. The quality of service delivery and professionalism of how the company operates attracted me to join this winning team.

In addition, Celerity Chief Operating Officer Craig Aston added “Myself and the board are delighted that Julie has taken the decision to join Celerity. The combination of her drive and energy, alongside her knowledge of the data requirements of a Private Equity journey will be invaluable to Celerity on the next stage of it's journey”.
