About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Software Analyst with up to one year of experience in data analysis and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mindset and a collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues and customers to deliver services and drive improvements. This hybrid full-time role offers flexibility to work both in-office and remotely while managing individual tasks and contributing to key internal projects.

This position will be a full-time, permanent role, with hybrid working between your home address, and one of our office locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to internal service improvement projects by identifying areas for enhancement, proposing solutions, and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, assisting in issue resolution, and maintaining a professional approach to represent Celerity positively.
  • Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to extract insights, generate reports, and present data findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines, actively participating in meetings and contributing ideas and solutions.
  • Manage individual workload by prioritizing tasks, creating work schedules, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably within a STEM field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
