What is WatchPoint? 

WatchPoint is Celerity’s managed AI governance service, providing the visibility, governance and control organisations need to adopt and grow AI responsibly. It discovers sanctioned and shadow AI*, maintains an inventory of AI tools and use cases, supports risk assessment and approval workflows, monitors activity for policy violations, and produces evidence to support ISO/IEC 42001 readiness and continual governance. 

Celerity operates and oversees these controls as an ongoing managed service, helping customers identify risks, prioritise action and demonstrate that AI governance remains effective as their AI estate evolves.

Every AI vendor exposes a different level of detail, so vendor coverage is subject to the capabilities exposed by each vendor's API and may change as those APIs evolve. That includes activity from AI agents built on those platforms, so as agentic AI grows, agent governance improves in step with the underlying APIs. Celerity will communicate any material changes to coverage as part of the managed service relationship.

What should you look for in an AI governance platform?
